Western Colorado Car Shows is proud to present our 1st Annual Vintage & Classics in the Country Car, Bike, Truck & Tractor Show & Benefit Event.
On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, the 1st Annual Vintage & Classics in the Country Car, Bike, Truck & Tractor Show & Benefit Event will take place at Absolute Prestige Ranch located at 1351 Q Road, Loma, Colorado. This event is open to all classes and years of vehicles.
Participant & Vendor gates will open at 7 am. We are requesting that participants and vendors arrive early so you can get in, set up and ready to go by not later than 9:30 am. Public gates for event attendees will open at 10 am.
WAIVER: Through your submission of the following form, you are hereby acknowledging and accepting the inherent risks involved in car, bike, truck and tractor show activities and agree to indemnify and hold Western Colorado Car Shows LLC, dba Western Colorado Car Shows, the event – Vintage & Classics in the Country Car, Bike, Truck & Tractor Show & Benefit Event, Absolute Prestige Ranch and Absolute Prestige Limousine Service, Inc., and any of their employees, agents, volunteers and assigns harmless against any and all claims of injury, loss or other claim whatever nature that may in any way arise out of your participation in the attendance of the activities held on, before or after the date of this submission. Furthermore, you acknowledge that this is a “Rain or Shine” event and that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Submitter also understands that CANOPIES, EZ-UPs or SHADE STRUCTURES are an option if you choose. Food Trucks / Food Vendors will be set up in the North Parking Lot. Should you choose to bring/use a canopy / EZ-UP for branding purposes or for shade by your food truck, you are welcome to do so; however, you must weight the canopy to the ground by use of sand bags or water buckets with sufficient water or sand to keep the canopy from moving. There is NO ability to stake the canopy to the ground due to water lines, etc.
Absolute Prestige Ranch holds a full-service liquor license. Therefore, NO outside alcohol will be permitted. If participant elects to bring a cooler to the event, they understand that the cooler is subject to inspection at the gate. Any disallowed beverages or items that are found will be confiscated.
Absolute Prestige Ranch has an enforced drug free policy. The use, possession or distribution of any drugs or illegal substance including but not limited to marijuana on these premises is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught violating this policy will be banned and reported to the proper legal authorities.
The Ranch is also a smoke-free environment with smoking allowed in a specific identified smoking area only. This area is located in the north parking lot area and marked by signage.
Due to insurance regulations, we respectfully request that vendors, participants and attendees not bring pets, with the exception of certified service animals, to this event. All service animals must be leashed at all time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Owners will be held liable and responsible for any damages caused by the animal(s).
Please note that electricity is not available for Food Trucks or Food Vendors. Please be prepared to provide your own generator for the purpose of power.
